This company is clear Unprofessional Communication – Not Recommended I contacted Falcon Rides Rent a Car after finding them online, but my experience dealing with them over WhatsApp was extremely disappointing. The communication was vague and unclear, and it felt like they were constantly dodging direct questions. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a professional company. For anyone considering renting a car from them, I strongly advise caution. There are plenty of other car rental services in Dubai with clearer, more reliable service.

A small and exceptional company with a human approach to business, I rented a Hyundai Accent for six days. The car was almost brand new and in perfect shape. It was my first time in Dubai, and Muhammad explained how everything works there in terms of parking/driving, using Waze navigation, etc. When I returned the car, I discovered I had made a small scratch at the bottom of the front mask, and they had let it go. This human approach is usually lacking in bigger companies in the same field of business. I wish them only the best. Their company will thrive with this attitude. If I am in Dubai again, I will rent here again.
