Villa in a palm jumairah Front A from your property unfortunately are so low quality and so old! At list you need an upgrade to feel like you are in a villa, not in a 1*~2* hotel with old and dirty furniture 🪑 which’s is not possible to used and it’s not looking good at all. Old chandlers, old tables, broker chairs, certain are with dusts, kitchen appliances are not working properly and so noisy, licking in the bothroom, bad small from the made room, guests room has a mattress on the floor without nothing, A/c are so cold and can’t be controlled, floor are so dirty as well, swimming pool smaller then on your picture as well! So sins 16 years was no renovation at all and per night was 5500AED, that because it’s a palm! Guys it’s so low and Not Recommended at all! Advice is - renovation completely must to do!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Fam Living Villa. The place was clean, nicely maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everything we needed was available, and it was a peaceful spot to relax. Would definitely recommend for a calm and cozy getaway

Perfect way to Lost Money, Time, and My Health I booked this place in advance, trusting the photos and the listing, hoping for a smooth check-in after a long, exhausting flight at 5am. But when I arrived - tired, jet-lagged, barely standing - nobody at the property knew who I was. The receptionist looked at me with confusion, said he couldn’t find my booking, and offered zero help or empathy. I felt completely abandoned. There I was, alone in a foreign city, with my luggage, no internet, no room, and no explanation. I was forced to walk around looking for another hotel. Exhausted, upset, and emotionally drained, I finally found a room elsewhere - and had to pay again, losing the money I had already spent on this place. I ended up staying 2 nights at another hotel, but the stress this caused me is beyond words. My body ached, my head was pounding, and I couldn't even sleep the first night because of the anxiety. No one from this apartment ever contacted me to apologize or explain what happened. It felt like I didn't matter at all. I lost not only my money, but precious time from my trip, and worse - I feel like I lost part of my health due to the stress they caused. If you're considering booking this place, please think twice. What happened to me could happen to anyone. This was supposed to be a part of my vacation I’d remember with joy. Instead, it’s something I’ll never forget - for all the wrong reasons. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially not to someone like my friend Nicholas who was thinking of staying here too. Trust me - there are better places, and people who actually care.

This is the best acommodation I have ever been to! There is a million dollar room view from the 26th floor, the room is huge and extremely bright, with a terace along entire apartment. It offers an infinity pool and several amazing beaches. I would recommend it to everyone and will definitely return. Special thanks to Junaiad Ahmad from the stuff, who responded any question within minutes, very friendly.
