Absolutely best place for your pets needs. They are so amazing that they give end to end services right from Day Care, Grooming, Boarding, Training and have a bundle of food and accessories for your pets. We have been using them for months now for grooming and day care for Ellie ( Dog ) Absolutely responsive, clean and meticulous. Special mentioned to Manager and all the Staffs, they are working so hard to take care of our dogs & cats ( its not easy to leave our dogs knowing they are very attached to us ) but Fancy Furry Pets Care give me assurance that my dog will get the best care and attention from them! Big Salute 🫶. Their professionalism is very much appreciated. My Ellie enjoyed very much in Fancy Furry Pets Care highly recommended!!!

We sent our 6 month old King Charles Cavalier puppy to Jester for training in March. Her training included potty training, learning to walk on a lead, come when called, sit and play. I found Jester to be extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and patient. We dropped our puppy off daily from 7am to 5pm. She was always happy and excited to see Jester and his team. Jester kept in touch and sent videos throughout the day to show how she was doing. She has now finished her month long training and Winnie enjoyed her time there so much that we now send her a couple of days a week to day care where she plays with Jester and other dogs 🐶. We have now sent our other dog to him as he does not socialize well and is sometimes aggressive. It’s early days but we can already see an improvement. Jester did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional trainer who genuinely cares about the animals he works with. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, from the moment we arrives the staff treated my dog like royalty. The facility is spotless secure and clearly designed with the dog’s comfort and happiness in mind . My dog came back healthy , happy and clearly well loved ❤️They sent regular photo and video updates, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away . It was obvious the team really cares about every single dog they look after.Whether it’s playtime , meals,cuddle! If you are looking for reliable and professional dog boarding in Dubai , this is hands down the best place to go! Sending Dobby (my ultra hyper- land shark Jack Russel/ Dachshund) to Fancy & Furry, is one of the decisions that I do not look back and regret. From the day I visited their facilities, and met their staff- Trainer Jester caught my eyes. Not only because he is good at understanding Dobby’s body language & how to properly correct my ultra hyper pup, but also cause, it seems, he has connected with Dobby at a personal level. As a fur mom, keeping my dog away from me takes a lot of trust. I have to ensure that my dog is left with someone who can properly care for him; remain patient with him and train him effectively. Jester embodied all my requirements and much more. I can sleep at night, knowing Dobby is left under the care of someone who cares for him, on a personal level. And seeing how he is with other dogs as well, proves that Trainer Jester just loves all his students, and frankly, I see they all love him too! I can say Dobby has found a home away from home, in Fancy & Furry - New Dog Friends and Human Friends! And that gives me huge relief knowing my dog is comfortable even in my absence. During his 20 days course, Dobby has learned all the basic commands. And even Math (YES- I literally mean counting and basic addition). His Leash-Training is so effective that I don’t struggle with leash walking anymore! His Play Biting has significantly reduced and his Barking, to gain attention, has lessened. I was also trained and spoken to by Jester so as to understand how to properly care and give Dobby the kind of love he needs. Even though his training has been completed, I made the decision to keep sending him to Fancy & Furry, cause how could I take away such an integral part of my Dog’s life? One that, I know, he looks forward to every week. Oh P.s- we sent our Cat with them for grooming, and our cat came back majestic and so cute (almost like a walking teddy bear!

[AWFUL SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST] I left coco (Maltese dog) at this place for 10 days, this was my second time to use their services but the first time was much shorter so I didn’t notice how bad the service really was. After 10 days he came in a miserable state, dirty, wet, sticky and full of hair balls … you can really see that this poor dog didn’t have any attention for the last 10 days. Now I have to shave his hair short because of the damages and not to mention his state of mind, he looks and feels like he stayed in jail for years. After all when I texted them to complaint and express my great disappointment they just said he was like this when they got him!! and offer me free grooming tomorrow (for this I will leave a before and after photos). Not to mention how much this service cost, even if it is free (which is not) treating poor animals this way is just heartless and I wish I can deliver this review to everyone of their customers.
