Please avoid using Farnek for plumbing work, my entire apartment was flooded and my furniture ruined because of their unprofessionalism and lack of skills. It started with a very small leak they tried to fix and made it worse when they broke the nut they couldn’t replace and it ended up with my entire apartment being flooded. (See picture on how they tried to fix it!) On the top they blame you for everything and don’t want to take any responsibility. Nobody cares as they were paid in advance. Please please avoid at any cost. *update** After many weeks of back and forth stressful communication, a senior manager from the company finally agreed to replace the mixer tap at their expense and to undo the poor work initially carried out by their plumber. However, when the new tap was fitted, it was wobbly. Yet instead of helping to find a solution, they blamed this on the fact that the sink was too thin. Their manager didn’t want to have anything more to do with our case, as he claimed it was the mixer tap that I had chosen. Yes, I had chosen it, but based on a picture and as I am not a professional plumber, they should have warned me that it wasn’t going to be suitable, not left it the way they did; after all who wants a wobbly tap?! I then had to call another company to deal with the wobbly tap; thankfully they found a solution to help stabilise it. So, after more than one month of stress, and through no fault of my own, I end up with a wobbly kitchen tap and damaged furniture due to the flooding caused by the poor workmanship. A life time experience I won’t forget. Thank you.

I highly recommend Farnek On a very hot day, Mr MD Noor Nabi and the team cleaned our water tank thoroughly and professionally. They used modern equipment, disinfected everything properly, and worked efficiently despite the heat. Thanks to Noor Nabi and the rest of the crew for keeping our tank spotless and safe!

Today, I arranged for a mold inspection. Initially, I was discouraged by the reviews and wanted to ensure that genuine experts would be assigned. Project Engineer Akshay was personally involved, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised by his service. He was very accommodating, highly professional, and exceptionally friendly. He took ample time to explain everything to me in detail. He is a true asset to the company! I highly recommend working with him.

I wanted to thank you for unprofessional job and keep us in shaleila tower without water from 8 am and its almost 9 pm, its really shame to provide such services and u don't even deserve 1 star
