I had an extremely negative experience with this service. After taking my money to make a bed, they completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. I strongly advise against working with them, as you will only waste your time and money. After 2 month !!!!!! I purchased a bunk bed from the seller, but unfortunately, the product arrived with several major issues: 1. There are visible cracks and damage to the bed frame on all sides, as shown in the attached photos. 2. The mattress sent is not suitable for the bed size and does not fit properly. 3. The ladder is bent and not straight, making it unsafe to use. 4. I have been trying to contact the seller for over 3 months with no response at all. 5. Because of this issue, my house is disorganized, and I have not been able to use the bed.

This scam shop has finally been shut down by Ajman authorities. They need to refund the money they scammed from customers who made down payments and never received their furniture,otherwise their business stays closed! Anyone who got scammed should reach out to the Ajman economy department—this is the only chance to get your money back!

If i can give 0 starts i would have given. I wish that i have read google reviews before buying from them. They will give you heart attack until they deliver your item. It has been a month without receiving my item. They promise you that u will get it within 2 weeks and then disappear. I am very surprised how is this company still open. The only way for them to action is by reporting them to consumer protection , they will start finishing your item and then give you another hard time to deliver them to your home. DONT FALL for them , so much false promises. Loss of time and loss of money.FYI , the main manufacturer of this company is Fatima furniture which is located in ajman, and trust me when u contact them , they also give u false promises and disappear. I should have been felt that there was something wrong when they refused to come to the home to take measurements and they asked me to provide them with the measurements. The main sales person i was dealing with was MR Nayeem - if he did not reply to you - text him from another phone and see how fast he replies back.
