I'm quite disappointed with my recent experience regarding a land package deal I had finalized with FBT. A key attraction, one of the main reasons I chose to proceed was removed at the final stage without any prior notice. I was waiting for the confirmation email when I noticed the change myself. Had I not thoroughly reviewed the details, I would have only realized it during the actual tour. This last-minute alteration, without informing me, reflects a serious lack of internal coordination and raises questions about the reliability of commitments made by the FBT team. Upon confrontation the executive says that the pricing will increse, If the cost was truly a concern, it should never have been promised in the first place. One thing was best that I didnot pay any advance for the booking but was about to complete my booking after the confirmation but than this happened, however later the executive has to say that we did not take any advance from you and the quotation can be changed. I wonder how it changes within 4 days as my travel dates were the same. Coming from a brand like FBT, I expected a higher level of professionalism and transparency. This incident has not only created confusion but also shaken my trust in moving forward with the booking, as I now worry about what else might change unexpectedly. Requesting everyone to check the confirmation documents before proceeding or closing the deals.

I booked attraction tickets as well share transfers with them. They arranged tickets at good price and were very polite and supportive before the bookings. The worst part was their drivers. I booked both private as well as sic basis transfers and both time drivers were full of attitude, arrogant and unsupportive and deviated from what was mentioned on the vouchers. Like Abudhabi Dubai transfer with 10 hours private taxi, but he kept pushing us to come back from spots and dropped us in just 6 hours. Just gave 2 hours at Miracle Garden and 3 hours at Global Village whereas it was more in the voucher. Arrogant behaviour during Sharjah airport drop as well. Not a good interaction at all.
