Experience has been excellent with Alvin and the team. Applied for a NRE account and it was a breeze. I expected it to take time but he was very patient to answer my queries despite him being visibly busy. Handles it very well and explained the benefits and differences of other available accounts and also the NRO which I may also take with them soon. Wasn't to pushy as well. Gets back to use on WhatsApp or call incase he is unable to return immediately but makes sure to follow up. Better option than other available banks. My uncle in the US also got one from here and hasn't had issues with this bank.

Once nre account is opened, there will be no response from their side.When we will ask doubts about atm card activation ,they will not respond. I got this bad experience from one person named Mr. ANKIT from dubai burjuman office He is very interested and for compelled to open an account After opening , he didn't respond to my call also.

Very bad service and response ! Complained about not receiving OTPs for ANY transactions. Its has been 10 days and no response yet. The DXB landline number is reachable only by luck. 1 call gets answered out of 15 calls.

Very bad service,they don't know how to deal with a coustomer, The representative don't know how to tell the proper location also very very bad experience And wasting the time also
