My experience with Federal Security Services was very disappointing. For three days, I’ve been trying to get a quotation from them, but their service was highly unprofessional. The first quotation they sent was wrong, and when I followed up, the second one came after three calls. When I asked for the security profile and services they offer, they told me I had to first approve the quotation before they would send the profile. When I requested the profiles of their company, they refused, saying they only share it after agreeing to the quotation. This shows a lack of professionalism and suggests they might be hiding something. They seem to be trying to lock customers into a contract before providing full details. What made the experience worse was that the manager herself, a female, was the one communicating with me via WhatsApp, and her tone was very rude. I would not recommend dealing with them.”
