OMG - what an amazing team! So in most countries people dread going to government departments. Today had to go to FTA to sort out a problem and all the staff were so nice and helpful, and they even rang me 5 mins after I left to confirm what they had followed up on as they had said they would. Such a positive and happy experience and a credit to the government. Well done UAE!

Absolutely the worst service experience I've had, Its a headache. Emails are consistently met with automated responses, and when replies do come, it takes days. Phone support is just as frustrating. On top of that, the website is has errors, making the whole experience even more stressful. It's incredibly disappointing.

It is awful. The application is always returned and I never know why. The office note is always empty. Then I need to call back and wait one hour. Please have the officer note visible to the user. U need to see what we see from the other side. How would I know what u need if the officer note is empty and the email is very vague. Please put some efforts and communicate what u want. Copy paste and standard messages are not useful.

Officer's note is never visible. Moreover Box 9 entries are always in error. Why does the name of the Company show up as one word and we need to correct it line by line? Can someone please advise. Called FTA. No positive response.

I opened many requests with a simple question but it was automatically closed and said they resolved it without any answer or reply. I want to know IF accountants asking us for our FTA credentials or OTP , are we supposed to give it to them ? The is very little information on what to do. As I asked two accountants and they said its normal procedure to give out credentials but on the other hand there's no information or warning from FTA if we should do this or not and THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAIL REQUESTS.
