Poor Customer Service and Lack of Professionalism I had a very disappointing experience with FIBS Logistics DWC-LLC. Their customer service is appalling, with a complete lack of respect and knowledge among their staff. The phones go unanswered, and there's never a manager available when needed. It's frustrating and unprofessional to deal with a company that neglects basic communication and customer care. I would not recommend their services due to these ongoing issues.
