Worst experience ever in all Emirates. I was told that I will get a refund for my car.. My car stayed in the garage for more than one month for repairing the bumper, and at the end they said thay your are eligible for 5 days refund 😂 they are liars and cheaters

I was at Almutakamela Vehicle registration yesterday to cancel my car registration. Since my insurance was only a few months old, I was informed that I am eligible for a refund. I went to meet Mr. Basel Amer at the counter. He helped with all the paper work and super efficient and friendly. I would recommend if you are looking for vehicle insurance. T

Highly not recommended ; ridiculous customer service! Called them as we stuck with the insured Fidelity car on the road, and 1. The first time they answered and asked to call back later as they all were busy! Ridiculous!!! 2. Called them 2-nd and 3-d time and nobody answered-as they would block me! 0 star service.
