Honestly, if I could give this place -10 stars, I would without even thinking twice 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. My car has been sitting there for over two weeks now, and it was just a simple minor accident, nothing major at all. Yet somehow, they’ve done absolutely nothing. Every time we follow up, it's just excuses: "two more days," then "another few days," and the cycle goes on and on. No clear answers, no updates, no respect for the customer. It honestly feels like they’re not taking anything seriously. Communication is terrible — vague, dismissive, and honestly kinda insulting. Makes you feel like you’re being played. At this point, I doubt they’ve even touched the car. I’m seriously questioning if they even know what they’re doing. Just a heads-up to anyone thinking of dealing with them: don’t. You’ll waste your time, your money, and your peace of mind I’m already looking into legal action and formal complaints. Totally unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth your trust!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this insurance provider for six years, insuring two vehicles without filing a single claim. This year, however, I encountered a cracked windshield and followed protocol by obtaining a police report and filing a claim. Unfortunately, the repair process through their assigned garage, NK Auto Garage in Al Quoz, has been deeply disappointing. Despite my persistent efforts over three months, the garage provided no meaningful updates or resolution. To add to the frustration, when I requested my policy renewal, the company refused to continue comprehensive coverage, citing the single claim made during the previous term. This decision contradicts the very purpose of insurance, which is to protect clients in unforeseen circumstances. After six years of timely payments and loyalty, I expected better support and transparency. The lack of accountability from the garage and the punitive response from the insurer have left me deeply dissatisfied. I caution potential customers to thoroughly review the terms and claims process before committing to this provider.

I've been with this company for over 2 years now, but I had been struggling for my refund for more than 3 months now, my broker filed the paperwork for the cancellation and refund when I sold my car in January, but I hadn't received my money. After countless calls and emails, I finally found a man who knows what they're doing. Ali from the care team handled my email request, followed up with a phone call after the escalation, and escalated it multiple times until I got my money. He's an exceptional employee and he has all my respect. I may now say that the next time, I might renew with Fidelity again.

Worst insurance company ever! Worst in UAE and if I can find a review less than 1 star I would press it for sure .. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN TO OUR WAR ENEMY! Worst in everything related to insurance domain.. Services, complaints, reimbursements, approvals.. I waited and waisted my time from August 2024 till February 2025 to finish a minor accident case. Go anywhere and don't deal with this company
