Terrible customer service. Thai property management company let me deal with the third party agency that they hire for maintenance as they are incapable of doing anything let alone communicating any issues. Do not recommend at all. In the end of the tenancy contract they take 50% security deposit.

Service is terrible! How rude! They have no respect for people. We were in contact with Khaled Essam , and we scheduled to see the apartment at 10:30. We arrived at the place and waited for him for half an hour; he didn't answer the calls, and then he sent me a message saying someone else left a deposit! So why waste our time and why schedule a meeting? This is not how to behave! This is not respectful at all.
I had a great experience dealing with Priya Verma. She was truly professional and fully transparent with me about each property we visited as well as understanding my needs to help me find my current apartment. Thank you for your smooth process !
Good communication when renting apartment, reliable real estate company, but absolutely no maintenance support after the contract is signed and payment is made - since 2 months issues discovered during the apartment review are not fixed.
