I’m really disappointed with the cleanliness at this branch of Filli Cafe DSO. We’ve visited multiple times, and each time the environment has been consistently untidy. Tables were left uncleaned with food leftovers and the floors clearly hadn’t been swept or maintained with dropped food & tissues on the floor. What’s even more surprising is that the cafe wasn’t even busy, only a few customers were present, yet the staff, who were visibly free, made no effort to clean the area. During our visit, we even saw 4 or 5 customers walk in, look around and immediately leave due to how unclean the space was. The manager was present but showed no concern or initiative to address the situation. It’s disheartening to see such negligence from a well-known brand like Filli. Please take cleanliness seriously, it’s not just about appearance, it’s about maintaining your reputation and ensuring a pleasant experience for your customers. We really hope the team steps up and maintains the standards people expect from you. I personally informed the team while we left the cafe.

I visited Filli Cafe at Silicon Oasis recently and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and table maintenance. As you can see from the photos, the tables were left dirty for an extended period, with leftover drinks, tissues, and food scraps still lying around. The floor was also littered with trash, including under baby chairs and tables, which reflects poor upkeep. While I appreciate the ambiance and the iconic Filli tea, the hygiene and maintenance standards really need improvement. Cleanliness should be a priority, especially in a dine-in setting. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on maintaining a cleaner and more welcoming environment for all customers.

You should only come to this place if you just want to drink their “filli tea” and hang out with old friends who know you from your childhood. Their serving staff is very polite, and food is pretty standard. It lacks flavor but since they don’t charge much, it can pass. The egg paratha is nice though. Like really nice. Decent outdoor seating, most people coming here leave trash behind which is a bit of a downer but.. it is what it is

I didn't like it very much because it's different from the atmosphere I like. It doesn't have any kind of hot coffee or any sweets served with hot drinks. It only has Karak tea.
