I really cannot recommend these guys enough. They’ve done a fabulous job with the floor in my apartment. Right from the moment I contacted them Mansoor was so so so helpful and patient answering hunders of my questions always in a timely manner and utmost respect. His work is a fine example of excellent customer service and I’m not exaggerating. I chose SPC flooring and he helped with selecting the right shade, consulted on the best way to do the skirting. There was no delay from his side in anything meaning I didn’t need to chase him (like it happens in so many companies here). The team that was doing the installation was brilliant to. They came on time!!!! Minute to minute! Again doesn’t happen often in Dubai. Everyone from supervisor to the installation crew guys spoke good English which is also refreshing. They were all very presentable, in neat uniforms, very polite and friendly. Explained and showed me everything they were going to do. The only tiny comment I have is that after they were done, there are silicon patches in few places on the floor. Although it’s clear and not visible to the naked eye, I can see them when I vacuum with my laser vacuum cleaner. I just don’t know if these can be removed. Other than that, I would absolutely, 100% recommend these guys!

We got solid wood flooring done in our new kitchen diner in European Oak. It is modern looking, easy to maintain, gives an aesthetic feel, and is very functional for our young family. Very positive experience all around!
