Very rude staff, i had visited to change 1500$ and they are asking me lots of questions and documents where else on other counter a person was changing more than 10k they didn't ask anything while i ask about it staff begin to fight they are must doing illegal activity wil never recommend anyone scamster.

I do not recommend this branch to anyone. This is the 3rd time I have a horrible experience at this branch. First time I arrived in Dubai tried to change to dihrams around 5000 usd and one of the staff there a dark-skinned man that appear to come from India started acting extremely weird and very unprofessional. This man would talk with his colleagues in foreigner language, take copies of my documents, white something on his computer, then pretend that he on calls speaking about my nationality while having the cash and my documents in hands.. he did everything but not what he is supposed to do... to after he feel like he had enough he says that there is was no service working on this branch and I needed to go somewhere else. I actually believed that he could have a technical issue once there but this happened another 2 times now, whenever I am rushing I try to get money from there and no matter if another staff is free to do the service they say that I must go to where is this weird acting guy... today I see while this guy did all his tricks, another 4 clients coming to receive money from western union and get their money exchanged without any issue. Whoever owns this business should check how this people working are acting and hire better professionals. I still do not understand why this staff keep taking copy from my documents and details but never provided the service in the end. I hope my details are not be taken for something like a SCAM being run there.
