I met with Dr Mellia Begum for the first time today, I’ve had some very terrible psychiatrist appointments in the past and I was quite nervous to meet another. She was astounding. She absolutely understood my 20+ years of treatment plans, she didn’t infantilise me over medication and say things others have said like “you don’t need this medication”, when numerous psychiatrists and therapists over the years have always told me it’s vital to my mental health. Unlike many physhiatrists in the UAE have before, she listened intently, understandingly, and showed deep care. I can’t speak highly enough and I’m so glad I found Dr Begum to continue seeing going forward. Eternally grateful.

Try to get a quotation for several sessions and reached out by the form in their website, by Whatsapp direvtly to Dr Amer and called twice, all these during 2 days Well still have no quotation, or anyone has called or write back. Totally incompetent customer service. Hope the doctors are better, good luck whoever is being treated here

This place is WONDERFUL! I reached out to them via What's App, and have NEVER seen such efficient service. They answered my questions straight away, helped me book an appointment in seconds, and sent me my claims form right after my appointment! Customer service is an issue in a lot of places in Dubai, but this place changes your mood!!! I've never experienced this level of efficiency and intelligence at any institute in Dubai! Also, when it comes to the doctor I saw, I couldn't recommend her more! Not only is Dr. Eman extremely warm and comforting, she's also very wise and a brilliant listener. She has a calming soothing energy, and she genuinely wants to help you. I opened up to her so quickly and so easily - thank you Dr. Eman!

Dr. Kenneth Mitchell is an extremely wonderful psychiatrist who caught on to issues I’ve had to deal with my whole life. I’ve seen many psychiatrists who have been unable to make accurate identifications in terms of my mental health, but Dr. Kenneth was able to pinpoint specific details that nobody else could. He is also compassionate while maintaining complete professionalism. I am extremely grateful to have had the ability to see him and highly recommend him to anyone who needs psychiatric help.
