This travel services is very very Baad experiences. When take money it's very happy to say everything we will do but after that giving 3 days or 7 days but it's take a long more than 20 days and the staff is very rude they don't have way to talking with customers how to talk. It's very very bad experience I requested to every one don't try this first view travel which located in burdubai oppeotse of Astoria hotel.
Did first time Visa renew in First view document services , service and everything was well managed And was in time. Visit and receive Nice service and leave happily.

I had a terrible experience with this First view Documets Service.The staff was rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve my issue.I waited on hold for long time for my baby passport, and when I finally spoke to someone, they didn't even know how to help me and he lied. I was promised a callback that never happened. It feels like they don't value their customers at all.The service was slow, and the employees seemed disinterested in assisting me. I won't be returning.
This was my first passport renew from first view document services. I had a good experience and would highly like to recommend. I really appreciate miss saru who assisted me from the beginning to the entire procedure. She was well accomodating and honest staff i had encountered in these type of organization.
