I’ve been training with Denis for the past 3 months, and I honestly didn’t expect the program to have such a strong impact on my routine and mindset. The weekly checkins really helped me stay consistent,every Sunday we would go over my progress, and that gave me the structure and support I needed to keep going. I liked that I could adjust my workouts or meals based on how the week went, and I never felt like I was doing it alone.
