I am writing to publicly denounce the fraudulent practices of Fitcy Health, a Dubai-based platform founded by Aaqib Sultan Khwaja. Along with dozens of international clinical psychologists, I was recruited by this company with the promise of fair payment for professional services rendered. Despite our qualifications, training, and commitment, we were never paid for the work we performed. Over months, we sent repeated emails and reminders, only to receive false promises and empty reassurances. Eventually, many of us were forced to stop working for Fitcy Health after realizing that payment would never come. This is not an isolated case: multiple highly qualified professionals across different countries have been victims of the same fraudulent scheme. What makes the situation even more concerning is the impunity with which Fitcy Health operates. Foreign professionals, working remotely and without local legal protection, find themselves without any means to claim their rightful compensation. By shedding light on these practices, we hope to warn the public about the unethical operations of Fitcy Health and prevent more professionals from being exploited in this way. I respectfully urge Go Profiled to investigate and bring visibility to this case. Companies must not be allowed to profit by deceiving and exploiting mental health professionals who dedicated their time and expertise in good faith.

Not recommended at all. You should consider another platform or be prepared to lose your money at any time. I have been a user for a long time, and everything seemed fine initially. However, my therapist left suddenly, without any prior notice. They lied to me, claiming she was travelling, which isn't true. I requested a refund, but they refused. The only offer they made was to reschedule with someone else, which doesn't make sense. I have attached some screenshots for transparency.

Was using this service for 8 months and for a good while it was fine and working until this year (January) where they were completely not reliable and trustworthy as a service. I was neglected by the service as they could not get my therapist for my sessions and this went on for 2 weeks. I was trying to get in touch for my therapy and each time they kept saying, they will get back to me and this went on for 2 weeks to which it is mentally draining and caused me a lot of stress (irony coming from a mental health provider who is supposed to help you reduce stress not cause the stress). The minute I said I don’t want to use their service anymore and want a refund since I did not use any of my sessions since I purchased a new package, they have been pushing me to use another therapist which I don’t trust the service or the reliability of their therapists anymore. They don’t seem to care that much that they’ve caused a strain on my mental, emotional and financial well-being for the last one month. They are refusing to give my refund and forcing me (without my consent) to still use their service which again I do not trust. I want to move services to another service in the country and they refuse to let me and this is causing me more stress than supporting my well-being. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone who is suffering and needs therapy. It has been 2 months and they still have not contacted me or refunded me. Anyway I filed a complaint to the Dubai Complaints. I hope no one ever has to go through this ordeal especially with a therapist provider!

I had high hopes when I signed up with Fitcy, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Initially, I was unsure about committing to the platform, but I received persistent calls and WhatsApp messages encouraging me to sign up and pay. Eventually, I decided to proceed, found a therapist I felt comfortable with, and paid for a package in advance. However, I was suddenly informed that my therapist was no longer available, and I was asked to choose a new one. Therapy relies on trust and continuity, and this abrupt change completely disrupted my progress. What’s even more frustrating is the stark contrast in their communication. While they were quick to chase me to sign up and pay, they are now ignoring me when I need support and a resolution. Since raising my complaint on February 4th, I have been ignored on WhatsApp & email, had to constantly follow up, and was promised a call from a manager that never came. Instead, I was told to wait for a response from a separate team, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Fitcy provides services to individuals seeking therapy, yet their lack of empathy and emotional intelligence in handling this situation is shocking. I expected better, especially from a platform that deals with sensitive mental health needs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I have yet to receive a refund for the remaining sessions or any meaningful resolution. If you’re considering Fitcy, I urge you to think twice. There are better platforms out there that value their clients and deliver on their promises.

SCAM AGENCY. MONEY GRAB. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT EXPECT DILIGENCE OR REFUNDS. I suggest filing a complaint with DED and dubai police as my last resorts to sort out issues that violate UAE Consumer Rights. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 8mons FOR MY REFUND This is absolutely a scam agency and a complete money grab. There is no office, nor a customer service team. The call number and google maps office is completely fake. The only avenue of contact is their WhatsApp number which you cannot call. The website is broken and the customer service number is the same automated response telling you to WhatsApp them. The only time you get a response from them is whenever they feel like responding to you. And the only topic they respond to is to sign you up for sessions and get your money. The therapists arent very helpful whatsoever. They are cold and come across as disingenuous. They’re there to pass your time. Ive had 4 sessions and booked another 4 with another therapist but decided to opt out because I didn’t like the second one either. When I asked for my refund as promised, they stopped responding :) They tell you a refund policy and lots of promises, but when you want to opt out, they don’t even respond back to you. And the cherry on top is that you have no way of reaching them. Its the perfect scam agency. Forget about your money and especially your time. Pathetic and extremely evil to call yourselves mental health service providers…..
