Since I started to train with Fit Force and coach Nemagna l, training stopped being a chore, something that I dread and which is leading no where . He has a tailored approach taking into account your physical and mental conditions, your level of motivation to work with you in a way that training becomes part of your daily life/ routine. Results for sure come with consistency and resilience but he will make sure that you have all what it takes to build this resilience and consistency. Always positive vibes with a smile nothing to do with pt who try to play it tough and strong and who will make you feel that you are miles behind. Always flexible to adjust to your schedule and the beauty of it you can train in your gym . So no excuses. Fit force found the right formula and I am satisfied and strongly recommend it.
