Extremely unprofessional and terrible service. Booked for a lesson through their app just for them to tell me on the day that the trainer will be busy, then later telling me they’ll find another trainer for me. What’s the point of the app if it won’t work well?

This company stole my money. I paid for 20 sessions. The coach put on their app that she delivered 4 of my sessions which she didn’t do. They didn’t want to reimburse me or make up for the 4 sessions left. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Run away from this company, they are scammers! When i showed them proof that I didn’t take the session, they did nothing about it. Super disappointed to be honest! I am putting screenshots of the conversations I am having with their customer support.
