This gym is Perfect to meet your goal .Especially thanks to my coach Faizal he ensures my technique is always correct and motivates me to come to gym regular. Kept on checking if there is progress or not and very friendly and polite way to teach the beginners . I highly recommend if your goal is to have a perfect body 😇

Good morning every gym member🙏🙏 Friday story in gym Whatever way I was treated with my friend in the gym, God forbid that such a thing should not happen with anyone in the gym. Who goes to gym or college so that he can prove his target 🎯 and his goal and keep growing along with it? But here it is just the opposite story. If you do anything here then instead of expecting a support u have to face negative feedback from the them, this is called lack of knowledge or uncertified so called trainers Karan preet singh and I have been coming to this gym since last 2year 5 month . when PAAJI is going to the next level of growth it is being said that your BODY ODOR. how many of you people know that when the body gets ready for the next level what TYPE OF changes happen?? If PAA JI had this problem on day one then how he come to the gym for 2.5 years and keep doing the hard work for a better result feed back FOR All GYM MEMBER serious with their Goals of achieving something always need support from friends family trainers and everyone watching him grow , I have only one request from fitox gym and accotion is this right or wrong because now I am also preparing myself for the next level ? So maybe this can happen to me too?? What happened to my brother today. Because I want an answer to my question, because maybe people in the gym are more knowledgeable than me, so I request you to please give me some suggestions What is right and what is wrong? And a small advices to the gym owners Hire educated , certified and professional staff to run your business🙏🙏

I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and I really want to appreciate Trainer Mr. Prashanth. He has an excellent understanding of the fundamentals and techniques, and he pays great attention to detail. He often shares small tips and corrections that we usually tend to overlook but these minor adjustments make a huge difference in performance and results. I truly value his coaching style and the way he patiently explains everything. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about improving their fitness!
