Fix N Go - Mobile, Laptop, and Watch Repair in Silicon Oasis

*Updated Review:* I am updating my review based on recent experiences with this store. During my first visit, I requested a phone repair and was given a specific price. However, after leaving my phone, I received an email quoting a significantly higher amount. This unexpected change was disappointing, especially since my follow-up emails went unanswered. Despite this, I accepted the apology and paid the higher fee. A few weeks ago, I returned to repair my tablet. Once again, I was assured that the required part would be ordered the same day and that I’d be contacted shortly. I emphasized that I was traveling soon and needed a timely update. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and once again, my emails were ignored for days. Based on these repeated issues, I would not recommend this place. In my experience, communication is poor and customer service is unreliable.

Fraud this shop in DSO . I replace iPhone screen and pay it after i pay he say no warranty check now . Before replace screen he did tell anything. Now i am facing touch problem with phone .

Had a horrible experience with this store. We made the mistake of sending a new laptop for them to fix. 500 aed later we ended up with a broken laptop and a camera that's not working. I cannot count the number of follow ups we had to do. The store manager is always not available and no one can make a decision till this moment. Two things that bothers me the most:1. No big difference - price wise- between them and Lenovo. 2. It is extremely disappointing not to respond back to customer. Finally, i went through the comments and it is amazing how it is always not the store's mistake!
