Terrible Service – Warranty Means Nothing! I had an awful experience with Fixed 4 Less. They refuse to repair phones that are still under warranty, making excuses instead of honoring their commitments (the kerala guy, verybad attitude). What’s the point of offering a warranty if they won’t stand by it? On top of that, their customer service is rude and unhelpful, making the whole process even more frustrating. If you’re thinking about using their services, think twice! A company that doesn’t respect its own warranty isn’t worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs! I recently had an issue with my Xiaomi Note 13 Pro + 5G that I purchased from Carrefour. I visited the service center called Fixed4Less, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience! I would like to thanks Fixed4less team for there support and for there excellent work in dealing with old phones , thankfully my phone get back to life . I got an Mi9t which was working for 5 years suddenly the battery popped up and hopefully they was able to changed it within 3 days .
