We had the pleasure of working with the company floorna for the renovation of our floors at home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We chose vinyl tiles, and from start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. What stood out most was how seriously every single detail of my requests was taken—no matter how small or complicated. Nothing was dismissed or considered too difficult. The team truly respected my vision and did everything possible to bring it to life. Throughout the renovation, we continued living in the house. Despite this, we always felt comfortable and at ease because the team worked quickly, cleanly, and very discreetly. Their respect for our living space and routine, especially with children in the house, was remarkable. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The pricing is more than fair, and there’s something for everyone. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Having had wooden floors in our old house, we know what high-quality work looks like—and floorna delivered exactly that. Every transition, every cut, every corner was executed with the utmost precision and care. Alex, Anas, and Kafeh were always available for any questions we had. Everything was thoughtfully planned down to the finest detail, and the team constantly went the extra mile to fulfill all our wishes. Even when I decided to change the skirtings in the middle of the project, it was no problem at all—they adapted immediately and without hesitation. I know I’m not the easiest customer because I pay attention to even the tiniest detail. But even in hidden corners where no one would normally look, the work was flawless. I cannot recommend Floorna enough, their customer service is simply unmatched! We actually started to rethink going ahead as they required upfront payment which made us nervous given past issues with other ‘contractors’, however Alexandros was fantastic and eased my mind and I was not disappointed!! Throughout the process there were constant check ins by Alexandros, as well as other supervisors passing by the house to check on the quality and progress. Any challenges faced (by us having difficult furniture, wall gates etc), were always immediately resolved and done with exceptional quality. They all genuinely wanted to insure it was perfect. They even messaged weeks later to check we were still happy which has simply never happened before in Dubai. I can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!
