I recently discovered the new yoga studio in Business Bay, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is beautiful, creating a serene space that instantly puts you at ease. The variety of classes offered is fantastic, catering to all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. I attended a Yin Yoga class led by an incredibly knowledgeable instructor who guided us through each pose with clarity and encouragement. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired. The studio is well-equipped, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary mats and eco-friendly props. The staff is friendly and genuinely passionate about yoga, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. I attended a Zumba class with Isil it was so much fun and full of energy! I loved the vibes and it's cozy and comfortable to have a ladies only class, and the free parking service is so convenient too!

A brand new amazing studio with all facilities including lockers, shower, hair dryer, coffee.. the studios are spatious and well equipped with mirrors, sound system and a nice led screen creating great atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the studio is offering great classes for the students with skilled instructors on stretching, zumba, yoga and pilates. There are rental options too! Definitely worth visiting!!
