It was a terrible experience. Using their service led to the unfortunate loss of several fish. The team’s professionalism was lacking, and when I raised the issue, they responded with indifference.
If it were possible to give negative stars I most certainly would. Each time this team, of one, came to my home I was left with a different problem. Now, after a move from Dubai to Ras al Khaimah, I have one cracked tank and, as of this morning two dead fish. There was no filtration in the tank and no water treatment done with the change. This is STANDARD! I am so disappointed and angry right now. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY for aquarium maintenance.
Awesome shop for small and medium sized tanks. Good collection of fishes and thanks to jithu bhai who understands customer needs and provides guidance to newbies. Got bala shark from them. Very knowledgeble staff and helpful to choose you new friends. Staff are so helpful and understanding feeling of beginners and help them choose correct products for aquarium.
