Absolutely disgusting service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The driver's attitude was beyond unacceptable — outright rude and disrespectful. He showed up with a horrible attitude, and just left without even picking up the item. No explanation, no courtesy, nothing. This is not just bad service, it’s unprofessional and disgraceful. Think twice — no, think a hundred times — before dealing with this pathetic excuse of a company. They clearly don’t care about customers at all. Later they said they will send someone again. But no one came to pickup.

I had a very disappointing experience with this courier service. I assigned them to deliver a product that was supposed to arrive within 2 days, but it was delivered after an entire week without any prior update or communication about the delay. Even after delivery, they failed to return the signed invoice and delivery note from customer which is essential for our records. I followed up multiple times with their office, and every time they promised the driver would bring it “today” or “tomorrow” — but it’s now been almost a month, and I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional service and poor communication. I won’t be using them again

⭐ 1 Star (If zero stars were possible, I’d give that.) Very bad experience with Fly Express Courier – Ajman Rashidiya 1 branch. They promised to pick up a shipment before 12:30 PM, but no one showed up even by 6:30 PM. When I followed up, the response was simply: “Today not possible.” No apology, no solution. This delay caused a full day loss for me, and my client was waiting. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible staff with no time management or training. Service has gone from one of the best (2021–2023) to one of the worst now. I’ve informed all my staff not to use this company again, and have escalated the issue to our parent companies. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you care about time and professionalism.

Fly Express Courier Service - Dubai I used Fly Express for a same-day delivery in Dubai and overall, I had a good experience. While they may not be the absolute best in the market, their service is reliable and efficient. My package was delivered on the same day as promised, and the customer service staff were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. A solid option for quick and hassle-free deliveries.

And i would give them less if thats possible . Never faced the same issue with any other courier … Sample was supposed to be delivered to my office they contacted me for location and i clearly asked them to check with the sender as it is already provided , the the driver called contacted me again for the same reason … looking for location that was already given to main office … thats all might be ok and tolerated compare to the driver attitude when he didnt find a parking spot available at the time he reached . I told them i dont have office boy so please sample needs to be taken up to the office he said there is no parking and reception didnt accept it so by ….
