Special shout out to Naima from Kenya at the check in counter .. I noticed how friendly she is with customers and I was lucky enough to be checked in with her .. she was super friendly and even allocated for me an extra leg room seat which is very helpful to me due to my height. Thanks a lot Naima and thanks fly Dubai for choosing her in ur tem…. I had to update the review due to Nameera on the check-in counter today .. no smile .. no favors and no space for negotiation . All what I requested her is a hall way seat due to medical condition that I use washroom a lot , even am checking in very early she refused stating that only middle seats available .. my friend checked in after me and he got a hallway seat 🙃

The worst airline experience ever! I flew with Flydubai to Baku, and when I arrived, my luggage was missing! It only arrived a full day later after so much stress and waiting—without a single apology or sign of concern from the airline. I lost an entire day in freezing weather in Baku because all my clothes were in that bag. And on the way back, they lost my second, smaller bag! Two bags lost on the same round trip? This is the height of negligence! I contacted customer service, and their response was absolutely terrible—no sympathy, no real apology, no compensation, no follow-up. It’s like they just don’t care at all. This airline is completely irresponsible, and this was the worst flight experience of my life. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Flydubai—your trip can turn into a nightmare with them!

I recently flew with Flydubai and had a great experience. The flight was punctual, and the boarding process was smooth and efficient. The cabin crew were friendly and professional, ensuring passengers were comfortable throughout the journey. The seats were reasonably comfortable, and the in-flight entertainment options were a nice touch. Overall, Flydubai provided excellent value for money and a pleasant travel experience. I would definitely consider flying with them again.
