Poor service, however, the loss of luggage on the way to and from the airport, the same issue, lack of attention, a three-hour delay inside the airport due to taking time to report the luggage, and finally there is no attention, where is the management staff and where are the problems solved?

I am writing to follow up on the baggage damage claim I filed at your office in Jeddah Airport concerning my recent flight XY 503 from Dubai (DXB) to Jeddah (JED). The booking reference is B8PGWC, and the claim number is 28339. Upon arrival, I received both of my checked bags with damaged wheels, making them extremely difficult to handle. I submitted a formal complaint at the airport immediately upon arrival. To date, I have not received any update or resolution regarding compensation.

The worst ever. None professional Call us to the gate then we stand in queue and they delay plan enter for more then 10 minutes. I make boarding once they open the office but they give me seat number 29 which is last seat. Flynas, never respect clients.
