Just like someone else mentioned, the service levels are definitely below poor. The only lady available on a Sunday morning clearly lost out on AED 10K for FNB. She refused to show a particular piece of chair saying Oh! It's so heavy, and I cannot show you that one (despite me offering a hand). When I asked if there was anyone else who could help, she simply said "Oh! You came on a Sunday. Most people come when there are other staff too". And that's it. We walked out. I don't think it mattered to her, because she was anyway not interested to be there.

I’ve visiting this showroom a few times. I love their huge range of chairs. Always trendy, high quality materials, reasonable prices. Also very attentive staff to be mentioned.

I recently had an experience at F&B Furniture, and while their chairs were of excellent quality, the customer service left much to be desired. Despite the great product, their lack of attentiveness to customers and poor service made for a frustrating encounter. First and foremost, the chairs at F&B Furniture are undeniably impressive in terms of quality. They are well-crafted and clearly made with attention to detail. The comfort and durability of their chairs are commendable, which is a testament to their commitment to producing high-quality furniture. However, my overall experience with their customer service was disappointing. When visiting their shop, my group and I were made to wait for approximately 10 minutes without any acknowledgement or assistance from the staff. To our surprise, we noticed that the employees were actually eating inside the shop. When they finally emerged from their break, they greeted us with an unwarranted sense of irritation, as if we were intruding on their space or causing an inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive assistance when needed. Unfortunately, F&B Furniture's service fell far short of these basic expectations. It is essential for any business, especially those in the customer service industry, to prioritize and value customer satisfaction. In conclusion, while F&B Furniture may offer high-quality chairs, their poor customer service and lack of attention to customers detract from the overall experience. It's crucial for them to address these shortcomings and prioritize customer satisfaction to improve their reputation and retain loyal clientele.
