I recently moved to Dubai and was looking for a place and a trainer to work out with. I thank God that I found Milos. He is an excellent trainer who has been interested in all health-related issues from the very beginning. I have been working with different trainers all my life, but I have never had the same effect as training with Milos .He is the best of trainer !who does not force you to do difficult things that your body cannot withstand. And he is very careful and attentive to all his clients !

After spending months researching options in Dubai on where I could go to go back to being fit, I heard about Fortius from a friend. And from the get-go, the realistic and honest approach to the journey to becoming fit was what made me want to join. Now, seven months in, I can say joining has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a longtime. I appreciate the continuous collaborative experience that is giving me results that are even more than what I expected to achieve. Along with training me, and advising me on nutrition and stress management, my coach educates me, listens and motivates me, and works in enabling me to actively participate towards moving forward in my journey. I’m very grateful to have found Fortius.

I go to the same gym as Milos, and his very professional approach with clients made me reach out to him and subscribe for nutrition plans services. He’s very dedicated, professional and knowledgeable! I reached my goals of increasing lean muscle mass and he always was very responsive and supportive. Highly recommended as he gave 200%.

I really enjoyed my time Training with Fortius. Through professional training and one on one consultation, I managed to get some really great results and “almost” managed to get the results I was looking for. In saying that if it were so easy everyone would be signing up for body building competitions. Other than the weight loss and huge increase in stamina and strength, the most positive thing from my journey with Fortius was that they cared about me as a client and prioritized mt health over quick unsustainable results. I learned a lot from the transformation process and am confident I will get more results moving forward.

When I joined Fortius Dubai, my goal was to tone, get stronger and improve my energy levels. I missed many sessions due to long working hours, but I saw significant improvement even with just about two weekly sessions. I am thankful that my trainer showed great flexibility when arranging my workout schedule, which is one of the main reasons I am still training with Fortius. I have also recommended them to most of my friends whom are also now members and agree that fortius is the best!
