I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Fortune Atrium in Dubai, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to its name—delivering fortune in the form of hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort. From the moment I stepped into the stylish lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and professional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that ensure a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. One of the highlights was the in-house restaurant, offering a wide variety of cuisines with delicious flavors. The rooftop pool and fitness area were also a big plus, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The hotel’s location is very convenient—close to major attractions, metro stations, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Dubai without hassle. Overall, Hotel Fortune Atrium offers 5-star service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai for either business or leisure. Fortune Atrium Hotel is a great find in Bur Dubai. The location is super convenient—steps from the metro and BurJuman Mall, with easy access to Dubai Creek and major landmarks. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. I loved the indoor pool and sauna, and the rooftop lounge with great city views was a highlight. Dining options are diverse—from South Indian to lively Punjabi food and a sports bar. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Solid choice for convenience, comfort, and good value.

Horrible Experience – Security Treated Us Like Criminals This was supposed to be a simple visit to book THREE rooms with my friends, but instead we were treated with unbelievable rudeness and disrespect. The so-called “security” guys acted like we were not even customers. Instead of helping us or at least speaking politely, they came at us in an aggressive and arrogant way, literally telling us “you can’t stay here” as if we were trespassers. Excuse me? We came to give you business, not to cause trouble. Is this how you welcome paying guests? If this is how your staff treats people walking in to book rooms, I don’t even want to imagine how they treat actual guests staying inside. And the guy literally told us my name is Wiliam and be my guest whatever you want to do or call . The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic manners was shocking. We felt insulted, disrespected, and completely unwelcome. Honestly, this is the WORST first impression I’ve ever had at any hotel. Instead of hospitality, we got hostility. If you value being treated like a human being, I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. There are plenty of hotels that actually respect their customers and would never allow their security team to behave in such a disgusting way.

The front office staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The overall service was exceptional and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Will definitely stay here again!
