That was my second flat, what I have renovated with 4Guys. The first one, there was the bathroom completely renovated. New tiles, walk in shower, new vanity and new floor tiles all over. The work from 4Guys was amazing. They delivered on time and in excellent quality. Resultat: The flat was rented out within 24 hours. 4Guys just finished my second flat. Here we exchanged everything ! Floores, bathtub was changed in a walk in shower, completely new light concept, which gives a focused and more warm light. This light Concept Upgrades the whole bathroom. This flat was rented out even during renovation work. The work, the communication and cooperation was again excellent. Irfan Ashan is an excellent and very experienced consultant in modelling the new look of the flat. He knows, what looks good and what tenants expect. We exchanged the kitchen also. It was delivered by 4Guys also. They have good connection to good and reliable firms. The glossy white kitchen is amazing and next to the bathroom one of the highlights of the flat. 4Guys is a partner supporting you in planning the renovation, upgrading the styling of the property and delivering quality work. I had Four Guys Technical Services carry out both a major and normal AC service at my apartment. They also fixed an actuator that had been incorrectly installed by a previous company — which had caused persistent cooling issues for quite some time. Subin and Saqlain were outstanding: professional, organized, and very detail-oriented. They protected the space, cleaned up everything afterward, and provided a full debrief of the work completed — including before and after photos, which I really appreciated. Special thanks as well to Glaiza, who was incredibly responsive and helpful in coordinating the entire process. I’ve worked with many technical service providers in Dubai, and this team truly stands out. Highly recommended.

We recently did full house renovation with this company. They are very professional and thorough. The team is very well skilled and always open for feedback and necessary corrections. Their work and pricing was very transparent without any hidden costs. Everything was communicated timely and professionally. Whatever challenges came along they offered several options and solutions, advised accordingly and they were available throughout the whole process 24/7 to answer any question and to try and fix if we had any dissatisfactions. After work was completed, snagging was done several times from our side and by their supervisors to make sure everything is done perfectly and we don't have any complaints. With them you definitely get the value for money as they are very reliable and for sure in future whatever work we have to get done these are our go-to-people. On the handover day they prepared little surprise for us to welcome us into our new home which was very thoughtful. My recommendation for these guys, you won't regret hiring them.
