I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four points, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly escorted to my room, which was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The amenities were top-notch – the pool was pristine, the gym well-equipped, and the in-house restaurant offered a fantastic variety of delicious meals. I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet, which had an impressive spread of both local and international options. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the commitment to guest comfort. Every request I made was handled promptly and with a smile. The hotel’s location was also ideal, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. Overall, my stay at four points was nothing short of excellent. I recently stayed at here in Dubai and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff, especially in the dine-in area, were exceptionally courteous and attentive. A special shoutout to Chef Shane, who not only prepared delicious food but also listened to our specific requests and made sure they were addressed perfectly. His attention to detail really made my meals memorable. Also, a big thank you to Carlson for his outstanding service throughout my stay. He was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

I've spent an amazing week with my family (2 boys - 7 and 10) at this hotel. The room amenities were great, the food was excellent (we had half-board) and the staff was very helpful with any request that i had, and as i have 2 kids, i had plenty of requests, rest assured. The hotel is located near the metro, which allows you to easily access the majority of the tourist destinations. The view from the 43rd floor is breathtaking, especially during the evening! Thank you very much to the staff for the experience that we had at this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 9 year old son recently and our stay was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful especially Ghanshyam Gurung in getting us a room we wanted with early check in as requested. Breakfast provided lots of options and was delicious. Room with balcony provided spectacular views of the Museum of the future and Burj Khalifa along with downtown skyline. Hotel's location is convenient to access both old and New Dubai. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to everyone at Four Points by Sheraton!
