I am disappointed with the poor reception at Triva E General Trading LLC. Upon entering the store I politely asked an employee if I could call my family but she responded harshly saying “You have a phone why don’t you use it?” When I asked her to speak more calmly, she replied “Respect yourself,” and then told me to “get out.” !!! We visited your reputable store to purchase furniture, yet we were treated in an inappropriate manner! When I asked for the employee’s name, she refused to disclose it and insisted that I leave. I kindly request the contact number of the company owner. .

The minimum is one star. They don't even deserve that. Mrs Sara lacks a complete sense of business!! Unwilling to share their 3D models with respected design companies in order to generate sales for them, while these same models are being sold online!!! Unbelievable!
