That CARAMEL ALMOND BITE is so incredibly delicious- I'm tempted to say that it is THE BEST SWEET I've bought in a store - unhealthy ones included! As I discovered caramel almond bite, I don't buy anything else - my sister and I are addicted (we've read the ingredients over and over again to figure out why, but nope- all clean, which makes us enjoy it even more) I had to Google you guys, to see who's the genius behind it and thank you for creating this little God of sweets! Absolute No 1. Great product (healthy and tasty) but horrible customer service and Logistics. Ordered from their website. Got wrong or expiring in few days items. Requested the refund. Spoke to the “manager” multiple times. No actions, no response, no refund, nothing. Stay away or buy products somewhere else! The company won’t sustain this way as all the customers will run away.

Impossible getting through to them trying to find where the order is and when will it will be delivered . Not even a confirmation email! They deliver at 8:30 pm without prior notice . Just received a message literally 2 mins saying pls be at address. So unprofessional . Next time will definitely order my bars through Amazon or something . Till now I haven’t received any communication from their side .

I order days ago but no mail confirmation. I tried to contact them through mail insta and call not answer. Kindly reply. After then, i have able to reach to mother company and guided me to an helpful employee called Mahrouz.

While they have a wide range and healthy options to select from, their Customer Service and Logistics & Distribution needs a lot of work, they dont promptly respond to messages or answer calls, nor take the courtesy to call back. As a trader in the UAE i use to order a lot of items, but due to their lack of response, poor customer service, poor logistics and distribution, my clients stopped buying their products.
