I had a very disappointing experience with Freight Colab by Circle Bit Shipping. From the beginning, their customer service was extremely unhelpful. After my agent forwarded the shipping to them, I tried to follow up on the delivery — and the person in charge gave me inconsistent and vague information. Instead of tracking the shipment or contacting Italy for accurate updates, they just repeated the same estimated delivery date we already knew from the start — with no effort or follow-up. It felt like they had no real knowledge or responsibility, just acting as a middleman with no care for the customer. I expected professional handling and communication, but what I experienced was complete negligence. It was a headache from beginning to end. I will never work with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone who values clear communication or reliable service.
