I recently had an excellent experience with Freshair and feel compelled to share my satisfaction. During a critical time when our area was facing severe flooding, this company went above and beyond. They delivered two high-quality dehumidifiers right when we desperately needed them. Despite the challenging conditions, with roads inundated and access limited, their team managed to navigate through and ensure timely delivery to our villa. Their reliability and honesty during such a difficult time were truly commendable. I highly recommend for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Being an indoor nightclub in Dubai, we at ICY Dubai were left baffled as to why our AC was not cooling enough especially during the peak summers which was absolutely affecting our business and credibility in the market. I reached out to Jo from Freshair, who was top notch and on point in terms of dealing with and explaining us the overall process, problem and subsequently the resolution to it all. In the end, it was effectively taken care of with utmost ease in terms of the service of the AHU unit and at a very competitive price point too. Pretty much ICY in here owing to Freshair and their service team Big thanks to Jo, Nohan & Nihal George from the management.
