A no star would be my option. Very strange experience, Apollo Aciconditioners in RAK UAE claimed to be the dealers and after inspecting the site sold us units to the value of USD10,000/- Although we kept asking for a receipt it never came. Units were fixed and on the day it was to be checked it did not work properly. The technician fell damaging ceiling tiles, floor tiles and cupboards. Never returned to complete fixing. I called Fijutsu and their technician came by and confirmed that the units sold as new were actually 1 year old and the wires had been incorrectly fitted. No warranty guaranteed. We are at a loss. I would like anyone trying to buy O General to step back, the product may (may) be good but fraud could be lurking around. Be aware. Trane may be a better option

I had bought a window A/C of O General. Within a year it started showing problems like cooling was not working properly until to the point where it stopped cooling completely and weird noises after 6 month of use. Since it was in warranty of 1 year I got the O General Service people (which took long time to reach them). They told me it got fixed however again the same problem started again after 1 full year. I don't understand why this keep happening. I doubt whether the O General Brand is starting to loose value for their product and the service as well. This calls for a complete refund or replacement of my purchase (A/C). Absolutely disappointing.
