Full Circle EMS Fitness is the real deal! If you're looking for a place that delivers results with knowledgeable, passionate coaches—this is it. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the EMS technology makes every session feel incredibly efficient and effective. But what truly sets this place apart is the people – especially Coach Franklin and my amazing friend Kafia. Coach Franklin is hands down the best coach you could ask for. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly motivating and genuinely invested in every client’s success. He pushes you to do your best while always making sure you’re safe and comfortable. His energy is infectious – even when you're tired, he somehow gets you to push through and feel proud of what you’ve accomplished.👍👍☺️💯 Kafia is such a gem! She's warm, encouraging, and always brings good vibes to every session. It’s amazing to work out alongside someone who’s so inspiring and supportive. Life changing experienc @ Full Circle EMS Fitness Centre Mai Tower Dubai Joined the EMS training for the first time. Coach Hassan professionally skilled, he tailored the training according to my body BMI. He sat with me and explained in details about how the EMS training works Being a bit confused and mixed feelings in the very beginning, He reassured me and built the confident in me explaining how the muscles work. Every session, he designed special particular EMS work out to concentrate on different body parts . He always make it a safe comfortable environment for me to enjoy the EMS training. After of couple of sessions , Am very much satisfied when I see my muscles being strengthened and toned up . Now I feel my body stamina been increased . The designed meal plan really helpful according to my body BMI to target my needs. Coach Hassan is very approachable to professionally discuss any queries regarding overall training All the staffs are very much welcoming and encouraging As I am on a shift work basis , my training bookings have always been easily flexible. Thank you Coach Hassan. Highly recommended for his professional skillful training and guidance.

If there were any less than 1 stars I would have given that. Very disappointed with Full Circle EMS. I signed up for a 22-class package at the Business Bay branch, only to find out within 2 weeks of joining that they have shut down the location — with no prior notice or communication. I chose this branch purely for its proximity, and they refused to offer a refund despite this major change. They didnt even respond to this complaint on phone and asked me to send an email. Even worse, they have been ignoring all follow-up emails after offering an unrealistic solution of transferring the membership to someone else. Unethical, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate of customer trust. Avoid.
