I’ve been bringing my dog here for years, and the team has consistently done an amazing job every single time. The love, care, and attention they give is truly excellent. My little one always come back looking clean, happy, and beautifully groomed. The staff is professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. I’ve recommended this place to friends and family, and I’ll keep doing so as it’s the only grooming service I trust completely since I have tried many other in Dubai but others did not work out well. What I truly appreciate is how responsive and helpful they are whether it’s a quick question or a concern, they always provide the best solution with professionalism. Their communication is excellent, and I’ve never had to worry because I know my dog is in safe, caring hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who wants the best care for their pets.

I can't express how happy I am with Fur and Tail! From the moment we walked in, the staff made my pet feel so comfortable and loved. The grooming was absolutely perfect . My furry baby came out looking fresh, clean, and happier than ever! They truly pay attention to every little detail and treat each pet like their own. I engaged Fur & Tails for my cat grooming and honestly they did a very good job. The staff was professional and caring and the pets were kept in a good condition. The environment was Pet friendly, I do recommend Fur & Tails to anyone who would like to engage them for pet grooming.
