Terrible service and quality — avoid at all costs I ordered one office chair, expecting a smooth and professional experience. What I got was a disaster from start to finish. First, they delivered a used chair — visibly scratched, dirty, and clearly not new. After I complained, they agreed to replace it. The replacement came with two screws missing, and I was told someone would come back to fix it. Six hours later, a different team showed up, completely unfamiliar with the chair and clearly not trained. Instead of assembling it properly, they started improvising and inventing ways to put it together — it felt like a guessing game. Keep in mind: this was just one chair. If this is how they handle a single office-level order, imagine the mess if I had ordered 10 or 20 chairs. Unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth the headache. Stay away
