Unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Never delivered order as promised. They confirmed order and delivery and then never delivered, no call, nothing. Very unprofessional and appalling customer service, lack of interest or genuine care. Customer Service unresponsive to WhatsApp messages, despite this being their preferred communication. WEIRD!

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service from Fusion Apothecary. The driver called me with two separate orders at the wrong location, despite me clearly providing the correct address in advance. Instead of coordinating properly, they mixed up deliveries and created unnecessary confusion. To make matters worse, I had already shared another recipient’s contact number for their separate order, yet the driver still attempted to deliver everything to me instead. This lack of organization and communication is frustrating, especially for something as important as medication delivery. I expect better professionalism and accuracy when dealing with essential medical deliveries. I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again unless they improve their logistics.

They wont give price for 10ml bpc 157, unless u get a prescription from dna clinic which cost 400 dirhams. Looks they are partners and has back to back agreement. The story of following the rules is not convincing as giving medicine price is not violating any rules. They are just hiding the price until u pay the 400 consultation fees with dna. Which is commercial tactic to guarantee some income, not medical regulations. I will keep buying from international trusted providers. Just search for top 5 peptides providers and get it using shopandship as i aam doing. Good luck.

Poor Customer Service. They will not convey the price of medicine without getting a prescription. I understand if they had said they cannot dispatch medicine without prescription. They need to re evaluate their policy. Reply to Response: I dont think ministry has banned providing price of medicine when a clear specs of medicine is provided to pharmacy. I had given a clear photo of my medicine with the clear specs of the concentrations. Still I was told, you cannot provide the cost. Let me know if there is a gap in understanding.
