Professionals. Second time I’m visiting this shop. First time for a wheel alignment. Second time for a tire balancing and rim straightening. Fixed all issues quick, with full reports and without trying to scam or sell something extra.

I would like to commend Sulaiman for providing me with the most competitive pricing for the tires of my Ford F150. Given the size of the wheels, these tires can be quite challenging to source. This marks my third purchase from their establishment, and I have consistently been impressed by the expertise of the team, particularly Sulaiman, who extended a generous discount to me. Should you be in search of a reliable source for tires, I highly recommend contacting Future Tire and inquiring specifically for Sulaiman.

Pure scammers! Be careful with them!! Went there for an alignment after a suspension job. They put my car up on the lift and started to tell me that my track arms bushing are damaged. When I asked where is the damage, they couldn’t really show me and pointed to the only one side with a tiny hairline crack. When I asked to ignore it and carry on with the alignment, he said it will cost me AED500 for alignment!!! I refused and asked him to lower my car. Another guy then came out and then negotiated to 300. Because I drove like 50 mins there, I just agreed to get it done. The job was done in less than 5 minutes. I can tell he didn’t really bother to do the adjustment properly. The caster wasn’t touched although they know it can be adjusted as I have an adjustable UCA. I also have KDSS on my Land Cruiser and they didn’t bother to even level the car. Car was lowered in less than 10 minutes from the lift. Then a guy came out and drove the car away for a test drive and came back after more than 10 minutes. I was really worried this point as I feel that these people can’t be trusted. Not sure where he has taken my car to. When the guy came back, again pointed to me bushing damage and needs replacement etc. Their intentions seemed to be focused on ripping people off especially if one is not technically inclined. So, I would highly suggest that anyone intend to visit this shop to be extremely careful. Very dishonest bunch of people.

Extremely Unprofessional Service - I would not recommend this place to anyone. The moment I entered, they removed my tires without even confirming whether I was there for a tire change or another repair. The staff seemed completely disorganized one person took my details but had no idea that the requested tire size was readily available. Instead of checking their own stock, they made me ask multiple employees for answers. After nearly an hour, someone finally acknowledged my presence. Then, after another 30 minutes of waiting, they located the tires and started fixing them only for me to realize they were installing the wrong size! The employee who initially took my details still had no clue what was happening and kept redirecting me to others. After wasting two hours, I asked them to put my old tires back on and left. They reinstalled them in a rush, without even checking the air pressure. To make matters worse, an hour after I got home, they called me despite having my number on the intake form and started offering different prices for additional services. This was a terrible experience, especially for someone ready to spend AED 2,400 on four tires, including fixing, nitrogen filling, balancing, and alignment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the only place where I got the tyres what I wanted. Gave me a decent prize and guys were super fast fixing the tyres. Wheel alignment service was bit pricey I think but overall not bad.
