Galadari Motor Driving Centre - Dubai Mall

This is the worst experience I've ever seen......... Galadari driving school customer Service is very bad I'll suggest to all people who wants to learn driving please don't open your file in galadari specifically if you're doing job 9 to 5 There customer care staff no gives you reply until you'll not visit main school or any branch ...... I don't know they don't want to work or what ......... booking, documents renewing or call service every thing make you frustrates........ Whenever you make complaint they take action after long time...... I don't know there higher management taking actions on our review or no but ........ From starting to till now they just make there students frustrates

Very very very bad . I have saved money for 1 year and half to be able to take my license and they keep failing me for the test while their examiners are sooooo rude and they don’t even continue the test after you jerk on a small speed hump only ! They kill themselves to take as much money as they can out of you . God judges you galadari . I haven’t eaten this week to keep money for the stupid reasons they fail me for exam to pay for the exam again and again. I’m gonna reach out to high authorities if they gonna fail me for nonsense again . And their customer care neverrrr answers .

The instructors are very good and explain everything very well, but I didn't like the booking system, I waited for a few days for a call from the booking department, as I couldn't go to the office every time and had to sign up for dates much later and wait for weeks to roll out the classes or take the exam. But thank you very much to the operator Mizvar who helped me to solve the booking issue and helped me up to the point of getting my license! I highly recommend him

Extraordinary customer service from Mrs.Kholoud in Dubai mall branch, I was going to a different driving school because of the bad experience i had but she changed the entire outlook about the institute. She was very understanding of the situation and she goes out of the way to assist as much as possible. Huge respect for the kindness and care that she deals with
