This has been the most painful experience  for 8 months.Been at this school since October, The assesor has failed me about 5 times, For reason not explained, Parking assessment has failed me over 4 times. The RTA parking  gave me a second chance,  after i correct my mistake they changed there mind mind about passing me. There was strike, when the instructor didnt give me a lesson,  reason because they was on a strike because instructor wasn't paid, it took them 3 week for them to refund me, I had to renew my provisional licence because they took so long to refund me. To rebook a assessment can take up to 2 weeks.This has been the most frustrating painfully experience of my life I wish I knew about all this before I signed up, I'm new to Dubai how could I have known I have borrowed so much money just to hear able to carry on, I honest have no money

I advise you to make sure that the classes are available before paying, because I had to wait more than a full month to be able to take my first class, obviously they told me that after making the payment... to be able to schedule exams is very complicated because the They don't answer the phone line and the waiting list was always more than 40 minutes. They have lousy customer service... I can't complain about the teachers, they are always helpful and on time, but their customer service is fatal and many give you wrong information.

It’s been two days I am coming and the philipiono employee is not at her office all the time .. she was not there yesterday from 12:00 PM till 2:30 I believe and I have been passing by during those 2:30 hours more than four times, please Galadari put responsible people to do your business, I remember there was a guy there his name is Amin he is super and dedicated every time I pass by I see him and he is the one who convinced me to go with you guys and was super helpful assisting me and assigning classes for me .. Hope this gentleman is here again he service was beyond than perfect but not with this philipino lady it’s all missed up and she is always missing.

I passed my UAE Driving Test and I would like to thank Mr. Ameen for his professional services and support throughout the process of Training and RTA Test. Thank you very much.

Great service. All the managers and instructors are pretty knowledgeable and always ready to help. Thanks to Ameen, he is a gem, helped me a lot during the whole process. And I got my driving license in a first try.
