Have to say the experience with this branch has been very negative. We waited one full week for my son to start his classes on Saturday July 5 because they were fully booked only to get a call on Friday evening one day before telling us the appointment will be cancelled because the driver is sick. Not sending another driver to replace the sick one or reschedule… now after many attempts to call them , we are told classes will start on the 7th. Wish we worked with another Driving Company. I hope the management will see these reviews and do something about it to improve their service.

Horrible experience so far. We paid for the unlimited package and they keep shifting the schedules randomly. And whenever such change happens, they push the next class by a week at least. For example: i booked the test for my wife this wednesday which is tomorrow. And today they called and said no more tests in this location any more except on sunday. I mean how come a whole policy being changed in the same week. Extremely random and unacceptable

Today I went to the office and Ali Azim helped me to renew and book my theory test. The system wasn’t working but he made an effort and managed to book it for the next day. I’m very happy with the service for once someone helped me properly.

Before 3 months I was very upset of all Galadari stuff. But, finally they have very professional agent and very helpfull, thanks alot for William in silicone oasis branch and wish u all the best in ur career, U deserve to be a big manager.
