I don't want to rate komatsu 1 start , but for the receptionist NOOMAT , really the worst attitude , don't know how to talk to customer , and abuse me , please change her position from there , if a fly fell into coffee all the coffee will be waste 🗑 😢
Horrible customer service, took my car to fix the side mirror and paid for the parts and just after a couple of months the part has been damaged and the guys are not ready to change as they don’t save invoices. The guy’s said our company has provided a faulty part and they can’t claim because they don’t have a invoice. Quite a messed up service and terrible etiquettes!
